The man from Sheer showed up in a short while and he found the battery was shorted out. I needed a new battery to replace the 3 year old one. All done in less than an hour. It cost me about the same as the defective battery had cost originally. I couldn't be more pleased. This seems to be the best shop around. They'll have my business from now on.
